The 1872-CC Seated Liberty Dime is another of the scarce early dime issues from the Carson City Mint, struck during a period when the mint's overall dime output remained relatively small. It sits alongside the 1870-CC and 1871-CC as one of the more difficult early CC dimes for collectors to acquire in nice condition.
